We have working hard on Our Biz and it seems the songwriting has been put on hold. David and Kris have started getting together to bring some fresh material to the band and so far they have 3 awesome songs. Lloydstreet are keen to get out there this summer, play some old tunes and refresh the set with some down to earth lloyd. Kris has been working hard in his clinical studies and Jon and Dave and moses have been carving up the Business world. Music takes time and its our free style of enjoying life and getting together to make music in our spare time is what we are about. We will keep you posted when we get the songs together. We have working hard on Our Biz and other projects and Products. Being a band with little money we really needed to find a way to do what we love doing and at the same time earn a bit of money. With Ben edwards around I think next year Kris wilson and the team will put together some good solid rock and roll. Its a shame that we havent worked on anything this year. But in saying that we have achieved lots. Kris wilson received first class honors this year and got accepted to become a shrink. Jon Got married this year too. All good. Sorry about the slack music making department. But rest assured we will have some new tunes next year. Good luck.

We have been laying some tracks and working on songs this year. Lloyd Street is making a video for our new song Hypocrisy. We are currently mixing guitar and vocals and bass up here in the office. Jon is trying in this photo to stay in the pocket, Well he is pretty good usually.

Lloyd Street are going to record 3 more songs for their EP. With the video and the tracks we will try and get some radio play. Rdu are waiting for our first couple of tracks, looking forward to hearing on radio. Keep an ear out!!

Degrees K are planning on another wee tour before the new year, so we are also working on a new set to pump out around then. Keep you posted.

The Dux Gig was Hot, Small room and warm sound. Lloyd Street has a saying: "Good people, good drinks good music Good nite!"

Degrees K were awesome to play with, We enjoyed ourselves and hope to play out more!! We played a good set, keen to play some of our more acoustic songs, so keep in eye out for our next gig, hopefully we will play some of them.

University gig was a blast. Degrees K rocked the UCSA with passion and a whole heap of delightful new material. It is a real honour to play with such an awesome live band. We play again with the guys next Sunday at the Dux de Lux, which will be a real pleasure. They will be coming back from a stint down south and playing this one last Christchurch gig before heading off to Wellington, Auckland and finally back to Sydney. Don't miss them. Moses flies away to Sydney today for a week of music and tomfoolery. How sad for him. Meanwhile, the rest of us carry on in preparation for the upcoming university gig with Degrees K. We hope to play some new material for all you lovely peeps, so it's much hard work and very little time left. I'm guessing that there will be enough time for Moses to get off the plane on the 25th and drive to the gig, fingers crossed.

The boys have been packing out the venues over in Oz for the past 6 months, and have received very good reviews in the Australian Music Press. Things are all good. The Wunderbar gig was a heap of fun (check out the photos in the gallery when they are released on Wednesday night). We would like to thank everyone who came out to watch us.

This week, everyone is incredibly busy with work due before term break. But, we hope to be playing again soon. Keep an eye out for Degrees K in the next month. The boys will be playing gigs at the University and Creation.

This is a very exciting week for us, what with the launch of the website and everything (thanks to Mark, Dan and Aletta for all the great work). Feel free to contact us and tell us what you think of it.

This week also, we prepare for up coming gigs at the Wunderbar and Cloud Nine. As the year moves on, we get closer to entering the recording studio again. The set is evolving and growing and it won’t be long before our itchy brains get the better of us. Dave, Jon and Kris are in the grip of academia, whilst Moses searches the existential carousel and asks, “Why?” Yes, things are looking up for this young band so come and check us out, we won’t disappoint.
